Shopify CSV Uploads
Manual fallback for when the daily cron sync misses or mis-imports data. Upload Shopify Orders CSV to overwrite revenue/orderCount/AOV per date. Upload Transactions CSV to set processing fees. Upload Billing CSV to log chargebacks. GP/NP are recomputed automatically.
Orders
Shopify Admin → Orders → Export. Sets revenue, orderCount, AOV, returns per day.
Transactions
Shopify Payments → Transactions → Export. Sets processing fees per day.
Billing
Shopify Payments → Payouts/Billing CSV. Logs chargeback adjustments.
Monthly P&L CSV Upload
Upload a categorized expense CSV (header:
#,Date,Source,Amount,Description,Bank Description,Category). Auto-routes by Category prefix: OpEx — → Operating Expenses · Non-OpEx — / Taxes / Business Expense — / Partner Draw — → Non-Operating · Other Income — → Income.Categorized Monthly CSV — single file
